Care

Each piece is handcrafted with attention to quality. I use .925 sterling silver, 18k and 14k yellow, 14k white or rose gold from reputable jewelry supply companies. To ensure that your piece of jewelry lasts a lifetime and thereafter, it is important to maintain care to prevent excessive tarnish or damage.

Tarnish is normal with sterling silver, however avoid doing the dishes, swimming, cleaning/ using harsh chemicals, bathing or other activities that might cause damage to the piece. To prevent oxidation of the silver (when the piece loses luster and turns a deep grey) keep in an airtight bag. If you don’t mind some “antiquing” of the piece, keep a polishing cloth with your personal collection. If you desire to clean your piece, it is recommended to clean with mildly soapy water and to dry well, followed by a light polish.

Engagement or wedding-style rings

I would love to be a part of your story! Due to the detail and time put in to consult, obtain materials and design I will charge $30 upfront as a down payment prior to consultations.

Wholesale

If you are looking to have handmade pieces by me in your brick-and-mortar shop I would love to work with you! Please send me an email with your inquiry and vision, and I will be happy to work with you.

Shipping

I ship with the USPS. I will send you your piece through Priority Mail. Please make sure that the address you provide is correct! Each piece is insured with the insurance provided, however if there are any specific insurance, signature or shipping requests, please contact me. Please give me 3-5 days to process the package.

Returns

Please contact me if you wish to return the piece. If it is broken or damaged by the wearer, I will not accept it. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.

Repair

If there is something that needs to be repaired on your piece, I am happy to discuss it with you! If there is something that broke on behalf of fabrication, I will repair it within the first 30 days (this excludes resizing the ring, or changing anything stylistic).
